Where do I begin on describing Ashley& Casey’s wedding day? So many events. So many emotions and so many smiles all wrapped up into one day together. Lets just dive right in!

The rain was headed our way…no matter what the ceremony was still on! We were watching the weather like hawks while the girls were getting ready. When we arrived to the country club, the ceremony was set up and so were we! The ceremony began…and Ashley kissed her dad on the cheek as he gave her away, and Casey saw his bride for the first time..trust me wen I say there was not a dry eye in the house. The sun peeked out from behind the clouds…and a sprinkle of rain started just as Ashley started her vows, we pushed through and celebrated with a first kiss and cheering!

We popped some champagne and dove right into the reception! I don’t think I have ever seen a family with such amazing dance moves! Especially Ashley’s sister with her veggie chopping skills!

There were so many small details that made this wedding day special, from the wine bottle centerpieces ( Hello Fingerlakes!), Casey’s custom cufflinks, and a small hello from Ashley’s grandmother on her flower bouquet.

Congratulations to the both of you! I wish you all the happiness in the world together! Thank you for the honor of being a part of your most special wedding day!

A LITTLE MORE FROM OUR BRIDE AND GROOM….

What was your most memorable part of the wedding day?

Ashley : “The ceremony! And worrying about the rain coming up the lake at us halfway through!”

Casey : “Marrying the most perfect girl- duh!”

Any Advice for Future Couples?

Ashely: “Everyone told us, try to take a minute to just be with each other that day because it really is over in the blink of an eye. Don’t stress about the little things or details, in the grand scheme of things they don’t really matter.”

Casey: “Take time throughout the day to really let the moments soak in, it’s over faster than you thought it would be. Your day will work out one way or another, so don’t stress about any small mishaps.”

If you had to do it all over again, would you change anything?

Ashley : “I wouldn’t change anything drastic, but I wish we could have started earlier for the day to last longer!”

Casey: “I would have changed the weather to have the ceremony in the grass, but can’t control that!”

Where did you Honeymoon?

Ashley : “Sandals Ochi in Ocho Rios, Jamaica”

What surprised you most about your wedding day?

Ashley : “How fast the day actually went and how many emotions I felt. I expected to cry and laugh but my emotions felt so much stronger than I imagined they would”

Casey : “Realizing how many people that we had there to support us and celebrate our big day with us!”
