where are you located? do you travel?

I am currently located in the Finger Lakes, New York…more specifically Clyde, New York! I travel all over this amazing state ( and  many others) for weddings, elopements and sessions. If there are travel fees involved regarding your event, we can talk about them during your initial consult, and add them on to your custom quote. 

do you have a second shooter? 

Believe it or not, not all weddings require a second shooter. I do work with some of the best talent this area has to offer in case it is decided a second shooter is needed for the coverage you want for your event. While a second shooter is not included in the base wedding collection, it can be added at for an additional charge. 

how and when do we get our images?

How : After your images are finished, an email will be sent to you with a link to your online gallery. This link is password protected, and is what you will download your images to any device from. 

When : Delivery times all depend on a variety of factors. how busy the season is, holidays, travel schedules, etc. A typical turn around time for small sessions is about 4-6 weeks, and larger events 8-14 weeks. 

WHAT HAPPENS IF I HAVE TO CANCEL or reschedule?

Legally, if you've already paid your retainer, I can't refund it to you unless I can re-book your date within a specified time period. Otherwise a new retainer will have to be paid to hold the new date for weddings & events. For smaller sessions, again your retainer is non - refundable, but we can make arrangements for rescheduling.

WHAT IF THERE'S BAD WEATHER?

Grab your umbrellas..because we are still shooting! Unless its a monsoon that is headed our way, a light sprinkle is not going to stop us. However, if the weather is bad enough that we are at risk or equipment may get damaged we will reschedule.

are we allowed to bring our pets?

The treat bags are already packed in my car! I highly encourage bringing your pet along with you to your session! One time..I even had someone bring their bird. 

PRO TIP: If you are planning on bringing your pet, have someone else come with you, who they trust to take them home when we are all done with their portion of pictures. 

how do we book you?

Reserving a session :  A retainer of 50% of your session total is due at the time of the contract signing. The remaining balance is due on the day of the session or 7 days prior.

Reserving a wedding date: A retainer of $650 is due at the time of the contract signing. The remaining balance is due no later than 30 days before the wedding date.

do we recieve raw/unedited images?

Nope! Would you ask a chef at a restaurant to bring you all the ingredients of your meal for you to make yourself? Let me handle all the editing and you will LOVE the finished product..It is where all…well some, of the magic happens!

how many images do we receive?

This is such a hard question to answer, since the final amount is different for everyone. Everyone's events and sessions are so different that final amount ins't set in stone. 

I promise you receive every image that is worthy of delivery, and you don't have to pay extra for un-watermarked images. Only the best of the best images are given to show of your day and all its glory! 

Do you offer albums?

YES! I am huge believer in printing your images. Throw em up on every wall of your home OR put all your favorites in one spot with an album. The best part is that you and the generations after you, will be able to look back on one of the best days ever. A variety of options are available for albums, just ask me!
