Wheat Field Maternity Session | Dave & Lauren

Is there anything more magical than a wheat field in sunset during the hot summer months? There are so many breathtaking spots on our farm for sessions, but this wheat field has had my heart for years. The sunsets hit perfectly with this golden orange light that is a photographers dream!

I knew I wanted something simple..but dramatic for Dave & Lauren’s maternity session…and this fit the bill! I was so excited when these two showed up for their session…Lauren’s adorable baby bump in tow. I swear she was smuggling a basketball under there! I mean come on..how cute is her bump?! Dave even got in on the action of showing off his belly!

We talked about baby names, and what we sex we thought the baby might be…I am betting a girl! I love that they are going to keep a total surprise to find out..how cool! Earlier in the day Dave had participated in a local triathlon…you would have never known with all the energy he still had….way to rock it Dave!

I cannot wait to meet the this little baby in a few weeks! They are going to be loved on so hard by all their family & friends!
