The universe has a funny way of linking things up when you are wishing for the most simple but perfect location for an engagement session! I wanted a location local to home, with a field…with flowers and amazing light..QUE my grandparents back yard. I stumbled on this amazing daisy field, somehow convinced my uncle to not plant it until the next morning ( literally it was gone the next day) and we made this magic happen! The light here in breathtaking…this is what golden hour is all about!!

Chelsea, Jake and their little nugget baby girl all snuggled and laughed in the fields together! I don’t think we stopped laughing the entire time together! Her dad, Bob, then showed up with this vintage corvette and quickly became the real MVP of evening! We had to grab a shot of him and his stunning cherry red car at the end of the night!

Jake proposed to Chelsea at home, while she was face timing with a friend from college, in her own works “ I was in total shock and dropped the phone. He totally caught me by surprise!!”

The 4 words these two used to describe themselves as couple was ; Fun, encouraging, cheerful, grateful. And lemme tell ya…they are exactly those 4 words. I cannot wait for their wedding day this coming fall. If it is anything like their engagement session we are all in for an amazing time together!
