Is there anything better when a couple finds you and immediately says right off the bat, I’ve always dreamed of dancing on a mountain top, and we want you there with us? Not much! When I first had talked with Jackie and Bill, we had planned all kinds of locations before we found the perfect one.

I had not met either one of these wonderful people before our session, where they were taking a mini honey moon and just enjoying being married! I had also never been to this location before. I was blown away with how breathtaking it was, and the views you had around each corner. But enough from me! Let’s hear more about this session from the happy couple themselves!

A little more from Jackie & Bill :

Bill, how did you propose to Jackie?
We went down to Corbett’s Glen with our newly rescued Rottie, Duke, who had the ring attached to his harness. This was after multiple attempts to set something up (Letchworth proposal, Thanksgiving proposal). Third time was a charm.

Jackie what was your first reaction when Bill proposed?
I couldn’t believe it was actually happening and I may have ask a few times if he was serious.

Since the pandemic unfortunately affected your original wedding plans, how did overcome that and still make your wedding day perfect?

Both Answer :
The pandemic took away the perfect get away wedding, with a mountain top first look. It was so hard to give up the dream wedding but the whole purpose of a ceremony is to celebrate your love with family and friends. With that in mind, any wedding can turn into a dream come true.

What did you love the most about your session?

Jackie : I love the mountains and visiting new places, and I loved being all dressed up in wedding attire. When you combine the two… it was like living in a dream for those few hours.

Bill : Having our first dance redone on a mountain top!

Any advice for future couples?

Jackie :Always remember to be flexible. Life is full of unexpected turns, and you’ve chosen your partner to go through it all with.

Bill : Run…. to the altar as soon as you can!
